Fresher Job

About the job

Freshers are welcome, and a strong drive to succeed is essential. We are not looking for someone with a perfect resume; we are looking for someone with ambition, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow. Someone who isn't afraid of rejection, is willing to pick up the phone, walk into a restaurant, meet a chef, pursue opportunities, and make things happen. If that sounds like you, keep reading.

Why this job?

1. The salmon industry in India is growing.
2. More restaurants are putting salmon on their menus.
3. More chefs are experimenting with it.
4. Retail is opening up.
5. Consumers are discovering it.
6. And we are right in the middle of this growth.

We import and distribute premium Norwegian salmon and are working to build the salmon category across India. This is not a job where you come into an established market and simply sell what already sells. You get to be part of building the market itself. That's the exciting part.

What are we looking for? Honestly?

1. We can teach you salmon.
2. We can teach you sales.
3. We can teach you the market.
4. What we can't teach you is hunger.

We want someone who:

1. Is ambitious and wants to build a career.
2. Is curious and genuinely loves learning.
3. Is confident talking to strangers.
4. Isn't afraid to pick up the phone.
5. Can hear 'no' and come back tomorrow.
6. Has the energy to go out and meet customers.
7. Takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
8. Enjoys working with people.
9. Is comfortable with targets.
10. Wants responsibility early in their career.
11. Freshers are absolutely welcome- if you are a fresher who thinks: 'Give me a chance. I'll figure it out.' We want to meet you.
12. Your degree and previous experience are less important to us than your attitude and potential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Find and approach new customers.
2. Meet restaurants, hotels, chefs and distributors.
3. Make sales calls.
4. Build relationships.
5. Follow up on leads.
6. Understand what customers need.
7. Present and sell our products.
8. Build your own customer network.
9. Track your sales pipeline.
10. Work towards targets.
11. Learn the seafood and food service business.
12. Work with the team to turn opportunities into actual sales.

Some days you'll be in the office. Some days you'll be meeting chefs. Some days you'll be chasing a lead. Some days you'll hear 'no.' And occasionally you'll land a customer and think: I did that. That's what we're looking for.

What you'll get to learn- this isn't just about selling salmon. You'll get exposure to:

1. Premium seafood & salmon.
2. International food trade.
3. Hotels & restaurants.
4. Chefs & culinary businesses.
5. Sales & business development.
6. Customer relationship management.
7. Market development.
8. Building a business in a growing category.

And if you do well? You grow with us. We want people who can eventually take ownership of markets, customers and territories.

We are hiring 3 sales executives:

1. Gurgaon- 1 position.
2. Mumbai- 1 position.
3. Bangalore- 1 position.
4. Employment: Full-time.
5. Experience: 0-2 years.
6. Freshers: Encouraged to apply.

Who should apply?

1. If you're looking for a comfortable job where someone tells you exactly what to do every day, probably not us.
2. But if you want to: Learn - try - fail - learn - sell - grow - take responsibility, then we should talk.
3. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys meeting people, is comfortable being out in the market, and has the confidence and persistence to develop customers from scratch.

Be part of the big story. The salmon industry in India is still being built. You could join when the story is already written. Or you could join now- and help write it. Bring the hunger. We'll teach you the rest.
