Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will identify and qualify potential customers, present technical solutions, and promote FESTO pneumatic and automation products. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The Sales Engineer will maintain accurate records of sales activities, support customer training, and contribute to market feedback and product improvement initiatives.
Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to understand customer requirements and provide effective automation solutions.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to manage the sales cycle, build relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidates should have a diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates should be capable of working independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively, and traveling to customer sites when required.
Candidates with experience in B2B industrial sales, familiarity with FESTO products, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be preferred.
