Take on a dynamic sales engineering role focused on fire protection systems and advanced piping solutions across the construction and engineering sectors. You will drive territory growth by building strong relationships with consultants, contractors, distributors, project owners, and other key industry stakeholders. Combining technical expertise with commercial acumen, you will demonstrate product capabilities, influence project specifications, and help customers identify effective solutions for their piping needs. You will also support on-site implementation through technical guidance, product demonstrations, and contractor training. Working closely with regional sales colleagues and distribution partners, you will strengthen market awareness and expand product adoption. Accountabilities - Drive sales and promote the fire protection and piping product portfolio throughout the assigned territory, working toward established sales targets and business objectives. - Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and visiting project owners, MEP consultants, engineering firms, project management consultants, architects, contractors, distributors, and active construction sites. - Demonstrate product features, explain system benefits, and provide technical presentations to help customers understand appropriate applications and installation methods. - Build relationships with industry stakeholders to encourage product acceptance and secure the inclusion of relevant systems in project specifications and engineering designs. - Increase technical awareness across the territory through seminars, training sessions, technical literature, product demonstrations, and ongoing customer support.

- Represent the business at trade shows, industry events, and other promotional activities that support brand visibility and market development. - Coordinate with lpport customer engagement. - Visit project sites to ocal distribution partners to maintain effective communication, share product information, and sumonitor installation progress, provide technical assistance, and train contractor personnel in the correct use and installation of products when required. - Manage product claims in coordination with corporate engineering teams, helping investigate issues and support appropriate resolutions. - Assist finance teams with customer receivables follow-up when needed. - Submit weekly reports covering sales activities, territory developments, market intelligence, and progress against targets, using the required sales performance management tools. - Collaborate with other sales colleagues to coordinate activities, share information, and maximize opportunities across the territory. Requirements - A university or college degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical knowledge gained through relevant professional experience. - Approximately 7–10 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a related commercial role. - Familiarity with piping products and systems; experience with fire protection products is an advantage. - The ability to quickly develop in-depth knowledge of technical products, system applications, installation requirements, and customer needs. - Demonstrated sales and business development skills, including prospecting, account management, customer relationship building, and achievement of sales targets.
