Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Mumbai City. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting SAN Telequip's product portfolio to industrial and commercial clients. Daily activities include conducting sales visits and presentations, preparing quotations and proposals, following up on leads, and negotiating pricing and terms in line with company policies. The role also involves coordinating with internal technical and support teams to address customer requirements, ensuring timely order processing, and providing after-sales support. The Sales Executive will be expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate sales records, and provide regular reports and market feedback to management.

Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management.

Ability to understand and explain technical products related to networking, industrial communication, and wireless solutions.

Work with Regional Sales Manager to conduct product presentations, Demos, Training to customers.

Work according to SAN's processes and tools at the local markets (CRM, Quotation Tools etc.).

The Sales Engineer may be authorized to offer certain discount. Special price requests can be discussed with Regional Sales Manager on case to case basis.

Offer follow-ups and payment collection.

Connect Technical Services team to the customers for trouble shooting, training, demo, application discussion etc.

Regular Product feedback to help improve the product or service. Other market intelligence such as competitors, market trend, Compliance requirements etc.

Proficiency in basic computer applications, CRM tools, and documentation for quotations, proposals, and reporting.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field.

Prior experience in B2B or industrial technology sales, preferably in networking, automation, or communication solutions.

Strong customer-focus, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently in the field.

Willingness to travel within the region as required and hold a valid driving license.
