Job Description: Sales Engineer – Electrical Products

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred
Industry: Electrical Products / Industrial Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Engineer to promote and sell electrical products, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with customers across Gujarat, with Ahmedabad as the base location.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities for electrical products.

• Visit clients, dealers, distributors, contractors, and industrial customers to generate sales.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electrical products.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales inquiries.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product availability, and timely delivery.

• Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

• Maintain customer records and submit regular sales and visit reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.

• Candidates from other educational backgrounds may also apply if they have a strong interest in sales.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel across Ahmedabad and other areas of Gujarat as required.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency preferred.

• A proactive attitude with the ability to achieve sales targets.

Petrol & Food Allowances

• Petrol Allowance: 2.50 per kilometre.

• Food Allowance (outside Ahmedabad city):

  • 500 with a valid bill.

  • 200 without a bill.

A candidate with a passion for sales, customer relationship management, and business development, preferably with knowledge of electrical products and a willingness to travel for client meetings.
