Sales Development Representatives in Bangalore, भारत

We are looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with 1–2 years of experience in SaaS sales and outbound lead generation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of outbound Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, prospecting, cold outreach, and lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers through outbound prospecting.

• Execute cold outreach campaigns through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

• Build and manage multi-channel outreach cadences to generate qualified leads.

• Qualify prospects based on business requirements, interest, and potential fit.

• Schedule meetings and create qualified sales opportunities for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate prospect information, outreach activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.

• Track outreach performance and continuously improve lead generation strategies.

• Collaborate with the sales team to support pipeline development and revenue goals.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, with mandatory SaaS industry experience .

• Strong understanding of outbound GTM strategies and B2B prospecting.

• Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead qualification.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Willingness to work from the office in Koramangala, Bangalore, during the US night shift.

• Must be comfortable arranging independent transportation, as cab facilities are not provided.

• Candidates based in Bangalore, preferably within a commutable distance of Koramangala, will be preferred.

Important: SaaS sales experience is mandatory for this role.
