We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Outbound Caller to drive B2B lead generation and appointment setting for the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong US outbound calling experience, an American-sounding English accent, excellent communication skills, and confidence in cold calling and engaging with business decision-makers. The role will focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, handling objections, following up with prospects, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team.

What you will do:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to US-based B2B prospects.

• Generate interest and identify potential business opportunities.
•  Qualify prospects based on business needs, decision-making authority, requirements and potential fit.
•  Schedule qualified discovery appointments for the sales team
•  Follow up with prospects through calls, SMS and email.
•  Handle objections professionally and maintain a consultative approach.
•  Follow approved calling scripts and talk tracks while maintaining a natural conversation.
•  Maintain accurate lead information, call notes, dispositions and follow-up activities in GoHighLevel (GHL).
•  Manage leads through different stages of the sales pipeline.
•  Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, conversations, qualified leads and appointments.
•  Coordinate with the Marketing ,BD team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
•Maintain accurate reporting on calling activity, lead status, follow-ups and conversions. 
•  Understand and communicate basic digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Design, Reputation Management and Lead Generation.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in SDR, telecalling, telesales, cold calling, appointment setting or outbound sales.
• Mandatory experience calling the US market.
•American-sounding English accent / strong US voice communication skills is mandatory.
•  Excellent spoken English, pronunciation and conversational ability. 
•  Strong confidence in cold calling and handling rejection.  
•  Experience in B2B lead generation and appointment setting.
•  Comfortable speaking with business owners, founders, senior executives and decision-makers.
•  Experience with GoHighLevel, CRM or similar sales platforms preferred. 
•  Familiarity with VoIP/dialer platforms such as RingCentral or similar tools is an advantage.
•  Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.
•Target-oriented, self-motivated and disciplined.
•  Comfortable working independently in a remote/WFH environment.
•  Preferred Experience :  Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency, SaaS / Technology, B2B Services ,Lead Generation,Appointment Setting,US Telemarketing,SEO / PPC / Social Media Sales,Website / Web Development Sales.
