Role Overview

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B SaaS sales, lead generation, consultative selling, and managing the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound channels.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions based on business needs.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Market Research & Strategy
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Identify new market segments and develop strategies to penetrate them.
Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to management.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with marketing teams on lead-generation campaigns and events.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
Experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, Productivity Software, or Technology Sales will be preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and business decision-makers.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
