Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Associate to join
our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through outbound
calls, engaging with prospective customers, and supporting the sales team. Candidates
with good communication skills in Hindi and English and an interest in sales are
encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and identify
potential opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant product
information.
• Maintain and update lead details using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and further discussions.
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Communicate professionally with prospective customers in Hindi and English.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, or business
development.
• Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales can apply.
• Good verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools, or willingness to learn.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with customers.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Exposure to real estate, telecalling, or customer-facing roles is an added
advantage.
