Synthron AI Technologies is looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to help us grow our AI, SaaS, and technology business. We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, understanding business problems, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting those opportunities into actual business. This is not a role where success is measured simply by sending hundreds of messages every day. We want someone who can understand a potential client's business, identify where our technology can create value, and have meaningful sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities
2. Research and approach potential clients across relevant industries
3. Speak with prospects to understand their business requirements and challenges
4. Present Synthron's AI, SaaS, automation, and technology solutions
5. Conduct follow-ups and maintain relationships with prospects
6. Manage leads through the sales pipeline
7. Prepare and coordinate proposals, demonstrations, and client discussions
8. Work closely with the founders and technical team to understand client requirements
9. Convert qualified opportunities into paying clients
10. Take ownership of sales targets and business growth
