About the job

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Store Associate to join Brownie Heaven. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting our delicious brownie products, and ensuring a pleasant in-store experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing products
2. Explain menu items, ingredients, and promotions clearly
3. Handle billing and payments accurately using POS systems
4. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
5. Ensure display shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing
6. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
7. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
8. Follow hygiene and food safety standards
9. Assist in opening and closing store operations

Who can apply
