About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Connect with company-provided international leads through calls and other approved communication channels.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable term insurance, health insurance, or investment solutions.
3. Engage effectively with warm and hot leads and drive the sales process from initial interaction to closure.
4. Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and relevant information in a clear and professional manner.
5. Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
6. Follow up with prospective customers in a timely manner to improve conversions.
7. Achieve assigned sales and business targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
8. Accurately update customer interactions and sales activities in the designated systems.
9. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and successful sales closure.

1. Undergraduate candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

2. Graduate, fresher/experienced.

3. Work according to the assigned international market and shift timings:

Australia, Singapore & New Zealand: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; night shift allowance not applicable.

UAE/Gulf: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM; night shift allowance not applicable.

Europe & UK: 3:00 PM–12:00 AM; ₹150 per shift.

US & Canada: 8:00 PM–5:00 AM; ₹200 per shift.

Receive a night shift allowance of ₹150 per shift for Europe & UK and ₹200 per shift for US & Canada, as applicable to the assigned shift.

4. Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

5. Demonstrate a strong sales orientation with the ability to understand customer needs and close opportunities.

6. Be comfortable working with international customers across different time zones.

7. Demonstrate self-motivation and a target-driven approach in a fast-paced sales environment.

8. Be able to work assigned shifts, including evening and night shifts where applicable.

9. Prior experience in sales, insurance, financial services, telesales, or international sales is an added advantage.
