Role Description This full-time Inside Sales Associate role is an on-site position based in Pune Division. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The Inside Sales Associate will collaborate closely with academic counselors and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead flow and a positive customer experience. Strong Inside Sales skills, including managing sales cycles and converting leads into enrollments.

Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through effective communication, active listening, and relationship-building.

Experience in Lead Generation, nurturing prospects, and maintaining detailed records of interactions.

Account Management capabilities, including follow-ups, retention efforts, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.

Comfort working with CRM tools and basic office software; Prior experience in Edtech, education, or B2C sales is preferred but not mandatory.
