About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Drive B2C sales of mental health services, meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our mental health offerings and communicate these effectively to clients.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and check-ins as needed.
4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and other KPIs related to client engagement and service enrollment.
5. Collaborate closely with the First Responders and marketing teams to enhance the client experience and optimize conversion rates.
6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
7. Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to educate them on our mental health services and offerings.
8. Conduct consultations and needs assessment to engage with potential clients to understand individual client needs and recommend appropriate services (e.g., therapy sessions, workshops).
9. Provide accurate information regarding pricing, session formats, and scheduling.
10. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities.
11. Identify new sales opportunities through inbound leads, referrals, and direct outreach.
12. Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team on client needs and preferences.

4. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.

5. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

6. Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in a healthcare or wellness-related field.

7. Ability to manage and nurture long-term client relationships.

8. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

9. Experience with customer engagement strategies in digital channels (email, social media, etc.)
