About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide on-site and remote technical support for biomedical equipment and software.
2. Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and user training for healthcare professionals.
3. Assist in troubleshooting software/hardware issues related to medical devices.
4. Collaborate with sales and service teams to improve product usability.
5. Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product development team.
6. Ensure compliance with medical standards (FDA/CE/ISO) during deployments.
7. Maintain documentation of service reports, training sessions, and issue resolutions.

Other requirements

1. BE/BTech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

3. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medical technologies is a plus.

4. Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

5. Willingness to travel frequently (60-70% field visits).

6. Passionate about healthcare technology and customer interaction.

7. Comfortable working in hospital/medical environments.

8. Eager to learn medical device applications.
