The Successor to Commercial Director is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, B2B sales, and integrated marketing programs. This role oversees sales execution, customer management, product positioning, and marketplace management to maximize market impact and commercial performance.

Growth & Commercial Strategy
Define and execute growth strategy across partnerships, sales channels, and marketplace initiatives.
Drive revenue growth through scalable commercial models and market expansion.
Sales & Strategic Partnerships
Lead partnership strategy and close high-value B2B agreements with corporate partners and customers.
Oversee customer lifecycle management, contract performance, and value maximization.
Oversee integrated marketing, media, and brand communication to support growth objectives.
Lead marketplace management, balancing supply and demand through pricing, promotions, and campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

• 10+ years of experience in growth, sales, partnerships, or commercial leadership roles.
