Fortrea seeks a Safety Systems Associate Manager to lead pharmacovigilance systems implementation, configuration, and support across client projects. The role combines technical expertise with project management and stakeholder engagement to ensure compliant, quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety systems implementation, configuration, and data migration activities
• Oversee project-specific configurations and conduct technical impact analysis
• Develop reports, manage user acceptance testing, and mentor team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and escalate vendor concerns as needed

Requirements

• Life Science or IT/computing degree, or equivalent professional experience
• 6+ years experience with drug safety systems (Argus, ARISg, Veeva)
• 2+ years project management experience
• Validated document management systems background
• Project management, change management, and vendor management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide team support
