About the job

Key responsibilities:

A. Teaching and Mentoring
1. Deliver engaging online and in-person classes in Python, C++, Robotics, Electronics, and AI/ML to students in Grades 3-12.
2. Simplify technical concepts and explain them using practical, age-appropriate examples.
3. Provide one-to-one guidance and support to students when required.

B. Hands-on Projects
1. Guide students through coding challenges, assignments, robotics builds, electronics activities, and AI/ML projects.
2. Ensure students understand concepts and complete their projects.
3. Encourage students to experiment, build, and solve problems independently.

C. Student Success
1. Track student progress and learning outcomes.
2. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
3. Mentor students for competitions, exhibitions, and independent innovation projects.

D. Curriculum & R&D
1. Work with the Curriculum, R&D, and Operations teams to improve projects and learning material.
2. Contribute ideas for new hands-on projects and improve classroom delivery.

Other requirements

1. A final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Robotics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline is preferred.

2. Strong programming fundamentals with working proficiency in Python and/or C++.

3. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

4. Patience and enthusiasm for working with school students.

5. A strong hands-on project portfolio in programming, robotics, electronics, Arduino, IoT, or AI/ML is preferred.

6. Evidence of building projects through academics, personal projects, hackathons, or competitions.

7. Exposure to Arduino, robotics, electronics, IoT, or AI/ML is a strong advantage.

8. Hackathon, competition, technical society, teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or technical-society experience is preferred.

9. Ability to work full-time for six months in Delhi NCR.
