Retail Expansion Manager in New Delhi, भारत

Drive store expansion and property acquisition initiatives across the West Region.

• Identify and secure suitable retail locations in line with the company's growth strategy and business plans.
• Conduct market surveys, site evaluations, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis to identify high-potential locations.
• Lead commercial negotiations, lease finalization, renewals, and renegotiations with landlords and property owners.
• Coordinate with vendors for site inspections and prepare detailed recce reports before property acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Projects, SCM, HR, and Training teams, to support timely store launches.
• Ensure legal agreements and documentation comply with statutory requirements while minimizing organizational risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, IPCs, brokers, and consultants.
• Develop and execute strategic expansion plans to strengthen the brand's presence across the assigned territory.
• Monitor store-opening milestones to support successful project execution within timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in site acquisition, property acquisition, retail expansion, or land acquisition.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate, lease negotiations, and market assessment.
• Experience in retail, QSR, FMCG, or franchise-based business models is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
