Provide investment research support to investment banks, hedge funds, and other financial institutions.

Conduct in-depth secondary research and offer deep insights on the sector or companies under coverage
Prepare detailed research reports, investment summaries, and presentations for portfolio managers and senior analysts.
Perform industry and thematic research, identifying trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments that impact investment opportunities.
Track and analyze key performance indicators, management commentary, and market sentiment for coverage companies.
Support the investment team with data gathering, modelling, and monitoring of existing and potential portfolio holdings.
Develop detailed financial models from scratch; Update and restructure existing financial models; Perform valuation analysis including DCF, relative valuation, and SOTP
Provide research support on various ad-hoc projects, including developing ESG frameworks, tracking macroeconomic events, preparing sector presentations and newsletters, and maintaining sector databases
Ensure that the tasks assigned are completed within the deadline, and ensure top-quality output with a thoroughly conducted self-driven quality-check process
Proactively communicate with the client and share regular project updates

Experience & Skills:
MBA Finance / CA / CFA level with at least 4 years of relevant experience in equity research
Strong financial acumen, critical thinking, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights that enhance investment decision-making
Proficiency in conducting secondary research and sharing deep insights in the presentable format
Proficiency in financial modelling, including detailed 3-statement forecasting, multiple scenario analysis, discounted cash flow valuation, and relative valuation
Knowledge of databases such as Alpha Sense, Bloomberg, and Thomson Reuters
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
