About the job

Are you good at communicating with clients and building long-term business relationships? Stirring Minds is looking for a Renewals Executive to manage existing client relationships and ensure timely renewal of their services. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking upcoming renewals, communicating with existing clients, understanding their requirements, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth renewal process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients throughout their service lifecycle.
2. Track upcoming client renewals and initiate communication well before the expiry date.
3. Contact clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels for renewal discussions.
4. Understand client requirements, feedback, and concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
5. Explain renewal plans, pricing, services, and available options to clients.
6. Follow up consistently with clients who have pending or upcoming renewals.
7. Handle basic client objections and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
8. Maintain accurate client, renewal, payment, and follow-up records in the CRM.
9. Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams to ensure successful renewal and continuation of services.
10. Identify opportunities to retain existing clients and improve customer relationships.
11. Monitor renewal status and maintain an updated renewal pipeline.
12. Prepare regular reports on upcoming, completed, pending, and lost renewals.
13. Work towards assigned renewal and client retention targets.
