We are looking for a Practice Head - CRM / Campaign Management (Marketo) to lead and scale our Marketo practice. This is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end client ownership, team management, and delivery excellence across Marketo-driven CRM and campaign programs. You will manage a team of Marketo specialists and act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring high-quality execution, measurable outcomes, and strong client relationships.
Own the complete client lifecycle: scoping, solutioning, planning, execution, deployment, and performance reporting
Lead and scale the Marketo practice, including delivery quality, processes, and best practices
Collaborate with Content, Design, Email Production, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated programs
Review campaign performance and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
