We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Remote HR Data Entry Specialist to join our growing mental health organization. In this role you will enter, update, and maintain employee records and HR documentation while supporting our remote HR team.
Key responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain employee information in HR databases and management systems.
Process onboarding documents, employment applications, and personnel records.
Organize and maintain digital employee files and HR documentation.
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Assist HR personnel with recruitment tracking and candidate information management.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and payroll‑related records.
Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and administrative summaries.
Required qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in data entry, administration, or HR preferred (not mandatory).
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Google Workspace.
Strong typing speed, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Familiarity with digital document‑management software.
