Qualifications, Education and Other Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal, numerical, and analytical skills.
Decision-making skills.
Languages Required: English and Hindi, or English, Hindi, and one South Indian regional language (Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
Must be flexible to work day shifts, with 9 hours of login between 8 AM and 10 PM.
Comfortable working 6 days a week. The weekly off will be as per the company's schedule.

Roles and Responsibilities: Relationship Manager
Act as a relationship manager for NoBroker's paid customers.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Identify and assess customers' needs to effectively upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services.
Help customers find the right tenant or house as per their requirements.
Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls from customers and leads.
Use internal tools and methods to provide the best possible service to customers.
Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers.
Keep customers updated on the progress of their requirements.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.
About Training
Training will be provided for the initial few days to help employees understand the end-to-end process.
