Job Description – Relationship Manager (School Finance / Prime LAP)

Organization: Leading Bank
Location: Nalgonda, Hyderabad, Warangal, Sangareddy , Kamareddy (Telangana)
Role: Sales Manager – School Finance / Prime LAP
CTC- Upto 6.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by sourcing School Finance and Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) customers through open market, DSA, connectors, and direct soucring.

• Achieve the given target on time, coordinate with sales person..

• Build strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.

• Ensure quality sourcing, credit compliance, and timely loan processing.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for seamless loan disbursement.

Eligibility:

• Experience: 2-3 years in School Finance, Prime LAP, Mortgage, or Secured Lending.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.

• Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates with experience in Banking/NBFCs handling School Finance, Prime LAP, or Mortgage products.

• Familiarity with the Andhra Pradesh market is preferred.
