Job Description – Relationship Manager (School Finance / Prime LAP)
Organization: Leading Bank Location: Nalgonda, Hyderabad, Warangal, Sangareddy , Kamareddy (Telangana) Role: Sales Manager – School Finance / Prime LAP CTC- Upto 6.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by sourcing School Finance and Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) customers through open market, DSA, connectors, and direct soucring.
Achieve the given target on time, coordinate with sales person..
Build strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
Ensure quality sourcing, credit compliance, and timely loan processing.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for seamless loan disbursement.
Eligibility:
Experience: 2-3 years in School Finance, Prime LAP, Mortgage, or Secured Lending.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with experience in Banking/NBFCs handling School Finance, Prime LAP, or Mortgage products.
Familiarity with the Andhra Pradesh market is preferred.
