Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Relationship Managers to drive business growth in the School Finance segment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing relationships with schools and educational institutions, generating loan business, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Candidates with relevant experience in School Finance, Education Finance, LAP, or secured lending sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business leads from schools and educational institutions.

• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities in the School Finance segment.

• Build and maintain relationships with school owners, management teams, and other key decision-makers.

• Source loan proposals and promote suitable financing solutions.

• Achieve assigned business sourcing, sales, and disbursement targets.

• Develop business through direct sourcing, referrals, and channel partners.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and documentation teams to facilitate loan processing.

• Conduct market visits and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Prepare regular sales reports and track business performance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Relevant experience in sales, business development, or lending is preferred.

• Experience in School Finance or Education Finance sales will be an advantage.

• Candidates with experience in LAP, Mortgage Sales, or Secured Lending may also apply.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to generate leads, acquire customers, and achieve sales targets.

• Willingness to work in Hisar, Faridabad, or Gurgaon.
