About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and understand their business needs.
3. Regularly communicate with clients to understand requirements, feedback, concerns, and expectations.
4. Coordinate with sales, business development, project management, development, and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects, deliverables, proposals, payments, and other business requirements.
6. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and additional services.
7. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, presentations, and other client-facing documents when required.
8. Conduct regular client follow-ups and meetings to maintain engagement and identify new opportunities.
8. Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure timely escalation and closure of issues.
9. Maintain accurate records of client communication, requirements, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
10. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address potential concerns.
11. Stay informed about the company's services, products, and technology solutions.
12. Achieve assigned relationship management, retention, revenue, and business development targets.
