Key responsibilities:

1. KYC & Document Verification: Verify identity, address, and legal property/business documents strictly against RBI/regulatory guidelines and internal bank compliance policies.
2. Third-Party Coordination: Conduct preliminary financial evaluations by reviewing 3-6 months of bank statements, payslips, and ITRs.
3. Customer & Sales Team Liaison: Follow up with relationship managers, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), and applicants to resolve pending documentation queries.
