Job Summary We are hiring a Relationship Manager for the School Finance vertical in Agra. The role involves acquiring and managing schools and educational institutions as clients for financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach schools and educational institutions in the assigned territory for financing needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with school owners, trustees and management
Explain loan products, assess requirements and collect the required documents
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement
Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets
Keep client records and follow company compliance guidelines
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline
Experience in school or education finance, or in SME or secured-loan sales: [add years]
Good knowledge of the Agra education market
Strong communication, relationship-building and target-delivery skills
Willing to do field visits (two-wheeler and valid DL, if required)
