Locations: Palghar (Boisar) / Virar, Vashi / Navi Mumbai, Western Mumbai, Amravati, Kolhapur & Nashik
CTC: Up to 6 LPA

Experience: Relevant experience in Loan Against Property/ School Finance / Educational Institution Finance / SME Lending preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for Relationship Managers to drive business in the School and Educational Institution Finance segment. The role involves acquiring new institutional clients, managing relationships, understanding funding requirements, and driving quality business across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new schools and educational institutions through direct and market sourcing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with school managements, trustees, promoters, and institutional decision-makers.

• Understand customer funding requirements and recommend suitable financing solutions.

• Generate business through market mapping, references, and institutional networks.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login and disbursement.

• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and other internal teams for smooth processing.

• Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per defined policies.

• Manage existing relationships and identify opportunities for portfolio deepening.

• Achieve assigned business, login, and disbursement targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in School Finance, Educational Institution Finance, SME Finance, Business Banking, or related lending products preferred.

• Strong understanding of institutional/business loan requirements.

• Existing network with schools, educational institutions, trustees, or promoters will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, relationship management, and business development skills.

• Willingness to undertake field visits within the assigned territory.

• Graduate in any discipline.
