About the job

You will be the person a client speaks to first. When someone fills out a form on the website or responds to an ad, within a few hours they're on the phone, working out what they own, where it is, whether the title is clear, and whether they are serious about selling. Some of these calls go nowhere; some turn into a mandate worth several crore. Learning to tell the difference quickly is most of the skill in this job. The other half of the role is the partner network, brokers and channel partners across Jaipur bring in buyers, and someone has to keep those relationships warm, share what has come into inventory each week, and coordinate site visits when a buyer is interested.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call new leads, qualify them properly, and log every conversation in the CRM the same day.
2. Follow up repeatedly, most deals in this business close on the fifth call, not the first.
3. Speak to channel partners regularly, onboard new ones, and keep them updated on live inventory.
4. Explain the mandate model to owners clearly enough that they understand what they are signing.
5. Collect title and ownership documents from sellers and chase what is missing.
6. Arrange site visits and be present for them where required.
7. Send a weekly activity report on the pipeline.

You will report to the founder & director, and you will be talking to the leadership team every day. On a team this size there is no layer between you and the people making decisions.

1. MBA or PGDM graduate, comfortable on the phone, this is a calling-heavy role, involving around thirty calls a day.

2. Fluent in Hindi and English, able to switch between the two constantly, sometimes in the same conversation.

3. Patience to follow up on something for three weeks without losing interest.

4. Enough discipline to keep records properly, since an unlogged lead is a lost lead.

5. Genuine curiosity about property, land, and how money works in this market.

6. Basic Excel skills and willingness to learn internal systems.

7. Knowledge of Jaipur and its localities is a genuine advantage, though not a requirement.

8. Prior internship experience in sales, real estate, banking, or client servicing helps, but is not required, attitude on the phone matters more than the CV.

9. Proficiency in client relationship management, effective communication, spoken English, spoken Hindi, and operations.
