About the job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Lead generation:
1. Identify and research potential mutual fund distributors (MFDs) through databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
2. Support the team in building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospective partners.

B. Telesales support:
1. Assist in reaching out to prospects via calls and other communication channels.
2. Introduce mutual fund distribution opportunities and share relevant information.
3. Help address basic queries related to onboarding, products, and commissions.
4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

C. Relationship management:
1. Support the team in engaging with prospective MFDs and understanding their requirements.
2. Assist MFDs throughout the onboarding journey to ensure a smooth experience.

D. Market & product research:
1. Stay informed about mutual fund products, industry developments, and market trends.
2. Learn about the company's offerings and help communicate their benefits to potential partners.

E. Reporting & analytics:
1. Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion data.
2. Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales activities and pipeline performance.
3. Support the team in achieving business objectives through data-driven recommendations.

Other requirements

1. Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business, finance, commerce, marketing, or a related field.

2. NISM Series V-A: Mutual fund distributor certification preferred.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in sales and relationship management.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with CRM tools and data.

5. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

6. Eager to learn about the mutual fund industry, financial products, and distribution business.

7. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,05,000 - 4,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 5,000 - 50,000 /year
