Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the post-sales journey.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations with timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Projects, Legal, Finance, and Accounts to ensure seamless customer service.
• Monitor payment collections and follow up on outstanding dues.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding project progress, documentation, possession, and handover.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
• Support registration and possession activities.

Requirements:

• 2–8 years of CRM/Post-Sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer handling, collections, possession, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
