Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for building relationships and driving results? Stirring Minds is seeking a talented Relationship Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing sales support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
2. Provide sales support to the sales team, including generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and preparing sales proposals.
3. Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and forecast sales opportunities.
4. Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer retention.
5. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
6. Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials to promote Stirring Minds products and services.
7. Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 2,40,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 - 60,000 /year
