Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls across regional markets
Lead team of 6-7 direct reports located across multiple markets
Support finance transformation projects and drive process standardization and automation initiatives
Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders on reporting and decision-making support
Develop and execute regional finance strategy while ensuring compliance with local regulations
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
7+ years in financial management leadership positions
Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Expertise in accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls
Knowledge of local and international accounting standards and compliance requirements
