Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls across regional markets
• Lead team of 6-7 direct reports located across multiple markets
• Support finance transformation projects and drive process standardization and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders on reporting and decision-making support
• Develop and execute regional finance strategy while ensuring compliance with local regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
• 7+ years in financial management leadership positions
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Expertise in accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Knowledge of local and international accounting standards and compliance requirements
