Key Responsibilities:

A. Understanding hiring requirements:
1. Coordinate with hiring managers
2. Understand job description, skills & experience required
3. Define candidate profile

B. Sourcing candidates:
1. Search profiles on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed
2. Use Boolean search techniques
3. Build and maintain candidate pipeline

C. Screening & shortlisting:
1. Review resumes
2. Conduct initial screening calls
3. Shortlist qualified candidates

D. Interview coordination:
1. Schedule interviews
2. Share candidate details with panel
3. Collect feedback from interviewers

E. Candidate management:
1. Regular follow-ups
2. Maintain engagement till joining
3. Handle candidate queries

F. Offer & closure:
1. Discuss salary expectations
2. Coordinate offer letter release
3. Ensure smooth onboarding

G. Reporting & tracking:
1. Maintain hiring tracker
2. Update recruitment status
3. Share weekly hiring reports
