About the job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Non-IT Recruitment:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, including inside sales
executives, business development executives, HR & recruitment executives, operations executives, student support executives, and placement coordinators.
2. Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
3. Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interactions, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
4. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain updated recruitment trackers.

B. Student Operations & LMS Support:
1. Maintain and update student databases, enrollment details, and batch records accurately.
2. Organize and manage student information to ensure records are up to date and easily accessible.
3. Assist students with Learning Management System (LMS) issues, including
4. login/access problems, course access, and session-related queries.
5. Coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve student concerns and LMS-related issues promptly.
6. Support smooth day-to-day student operations and ensure accurate documentation and record management.

Other requirements

1. 1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition; freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

2. Prior recruitment experience in the EdTech industry will be highly preferred.

3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and candidate-handling skills.

4. Ability to source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews effectively.

5. Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn hiring, and recruitment processes is an added advantage.
