Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Fresher & Experienced Recruiters to join our growing US Staffing team in Noida. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn recruitment processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
As a US Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job opportunities across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and social media platforms.
Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and availability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Learn and understand US recruitment processes, employment terms, and staffing requirements.
Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, https://jobeax.com/link/qWXnjFgQhSFTUarO, BCA, BA, MBA preferred).
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of experience.
Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Hours).
Immediate joiners preferred.
