About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter I to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a major focus on bulk hiring for BPO and support roles across India.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and support roles across India.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment consultants.

• Conduct initial screening, skill assessments, and interviews.

• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from screening to joining.

• Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers for sourcing, selection, offers, and joining.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external recruitment agencies to fulfill hiring requirements.

• Develop cost-effective sourcing strategies and build a strong talent pipeline.

• Ensure timely documentation and salary fitment as per company guidelines.

Required Skills

• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.

• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring.

• Ability to work with targets and meet hiring deadlines.

• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.

• Good coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
