Job Responsibilities
Manage front desk and handle incoming calls professionally.

Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls and correspondence.
Maintain visitor records and manage appointments.
Coordinate with internal teams and provide administrative support.
Handle courier, documentation and general office coordination.
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
Assist with basic data entry, filing and record maintenance.
Requirements
Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in Receptionist
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic Excel.
Professional and presentable personality.
