About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, candidates, and business associates professionally.
2. Handle incoming calls, transfer calls to the concerned departments, and respond to general inquiries.
3. Coordinate with the HR team for candidate interviews, walk-ins, and interview schedules.
4. Maintain visitor registers and records of incoming and outgoing couriers.
5. Assist with basic documentation, data entry, email communication, and record maintenance.
6. Coordinate with different branches and departments whenever required.
7. Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional office environment.
8. Support daily administrative and office coordination activities.
9. Handle confidential company information responsibly.
10. Coordinate meetings and appointments with management and other departments.
