Responsibilities
Lead design, development, and validation of data science programming solutions for clinical trials
Collaborate with biostatisticians, data managers, and clinical teams on data specifications and analysis plans
Program and validate datasets, tables, listings, and figures according to study requirements
Ensure clinical data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through quality control and validation
Mentor junior programmers and provide technical leadership to the data science programming team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or related discipline
Extensive clinical data programming experience with Medidata Rave proficiency
Expertise in Rave database build, Edit Checks, Custom Functions, and eCRF development
Experience managing protocol amendments, database changes, and system validation activities
Knowledge of IRT integrations, external data integrations, and Lab Uploads
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership abilities
