- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred. - Hospital quality assurance and NABH exposure required.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor hospital quality management systems. - Coordinate NABH accreditation activities and documentation. - Conduct internal audits, gap assessments and compliance reviews. - Monitor quality indicators, patient safety and incident reporting. - Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with departments. - Organize staff training on quality standards and hospital protocols. - Maintain policies, SOPs, audit reports and quality records. - Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
