We are hiring Quality Manager for one of our esteemed clients in the Manufacturing industry, based in Jamnagar, Gujarat.

  • Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Sunday Off)
  • Working Days: 6 days a week
  • Company Type: Service based
  • Location: Kadi, Gujarat
  • Industry: Metal and Automobile Manufacturing
  • Experience: 5-8 Years

Candidate Priority: A hands-on candidate strong in assembly and moulding quality, documentation, shopfloor control and customer handling

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

1. Independently manage quality for switch assemblies and plastic moulded components, covering incoming, in-process and final inspection.

2. Personally prepare, update and maintain quality documents—SOPs, inspection standards, PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP and inspection records.

3. Ensure actual shopfloor implementation of startup checks, first-piece approvals, CTQ controls, traceability and poka-yoke.

4. Maintain IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 systems and independently handle customer, MACE, VSA and certification audits, including NC closure.

5. Reduce customer complaints, rejection, rework and repeat defects through root-cause analysis, 8D and effective corrective actions.

6. Manage 4M changes, supplier quality, calibration, MSA and SPC.

7. Train the quality team and operators; monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
