Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
• Develop end-to-end testing strategies based on business and functional requirements.
• Design and execute complex load and stress testing scenarios using LoadRunner.
• Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and manage defect resolution.
• Define and implement metrics to assess testing effectiveness and progress.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, make team decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience with OpenText LoadRunner; the posting also states a minimum overall experience requirement of 7.5 years.
• Proficiency in OpenText LoadRunner or Micro Focus LoadRunner.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts, best practices, and Performance Testing Strategy.
• Experience designing and executing complex load and stress testing scenarios.
• Experience analyzing performance test results and identifying performance bottlenecks.
• Very good Azure experience.
• Retail domain experience.
• 15 years of full-time education.
