About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that designing, development, engineering, and manufacturing processes are performed correctly using the right tools, techniques, materials, and processes
2. Apply procedures for quality testing of electronic components
3. Develop and update quality plans for all products and customizations
4. Contribute to the effective implementation of QMS by setting quality assurance practices and controlling non-conformities and deviations observed during the inspection process
5. Develop sampling plans by applying attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods
6. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and making recommendations
7. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
8. Conduct vendor assessments periodically
9. Ensure the periodic calibration of measuring instruments
10. Analyze possible risks and prepare and implement mitigation plans
11. Prepare and maintain inspection checklists as required
12. Review product specifications for both hardware and software
13. Ensure 5S maintenance in production, workshop, and stores areas
14. Track and reduce rejection and rework
15. Maintain the NC register and conduct root cause analysis as required
16. Ensure the quality of products and other deliverables
17. Perform additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the manager or management as required
