Job Purpose: We are looking for a Quality Assurance professional to ensure the quality and compliance of LT Power, Control, and Export Cables through testing, audits, process monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct electrical and high-voltage testing of cables.
Ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
Perform Product, Process, 5S, Safety, IMS, and Internal audits.
Monitor product quality and investigate quality deviations.
Prepare quality reports and drive corrective actions.
Support IMS documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimize internal and external rejections through effective quality controls.
Key Requirements & Skills
Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E Electrical
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Preferred Industry : Cable, Wire, Electrical Equipment, Transformer, Switchgear, or related Manufacturing Industry.
Electrical testing of cables
Product & process quality audits
Knowledge of cable specifications and testing standards
Quality control and root cause analysis
IMS, 5S & Safety awareness
