About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
2. Monitor production floor metrics using Statistical Process Control (SPC) to minimize scrap and rework
3. Support new product launches by participating in FMEA and executing PPAP documentation
4. Conduct audits of internal processes and raw material suppliers

Auditing CNC Programming Data Analytics Effective Communication Minitab MS-Excel Qualitative Research Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Report Writing Six Sigma SolidWorks

Earn certifications in these skills

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Degree in mechanical, aerospace, robotics, production, or mechatronics engineering

2. ASQ CQE or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certifications are highly preferred

3. 1-2 years of quality control experience preferred

4. Strong grasp of blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision metrology tools
